Hunter:The Vigil

Following on from a one-off game one month ago using the published Quickstart, I have been asked to set up a campaign of White Wolf's Hunter:The Vigil. This blog-entry will have up-to-date musings while I sort out the basics of this game. Another blog is being created to contain more specific details.

The game will start on 14th February, 2008 at a pub in Central London (details, please get in touch) and may very well have a Valentine's theme. The frequency is fortnightly thereafter. It will be set initially in the UK, in North West England, in and around Manchester.

I have also prepared more homebrew additions and extensions to the system, so players can expect customised monsters (both re-works of some classic monsters and some newer concepts).

Likewise, I would encourage the players to develop reasonable and realistic tactics from scratch, both at character creation and as part of the practical experience system.

The venue will be in Central London, near Victoria station so as to make the game accessible for as many players as possible - and my target is about five - I have three at present, and one more coming if time permits.
